Daniel Félix | Financial Director
Daniel graduated as Public Accountant by ITESM in 1991. His academic emphasis was always financial. He started his professional stage in the commercial sector of family businesses and teaching, before he dedicated himself to his main interest.
On 1993 he enters Bancomer where he occupies different posts in the business area, until he became a Corporative Banking Executive. This first challenge gives him the necessary tools for optimizing cash flow and financial leverage. His main clients were: Casa Ley, Coppel, Vinos L.A. Cetto, Coca Cola, Volkswagen, Auto Transportes ABC, Salsa La Guacamaya, Equipo de béisbol Tomateros de Culiacán, and various horticultural export companies.
In 1998 he is invited to collaborate in Banorte, taking leadership of the Northeast sub direction of the Mortgage Banking Recovery. There he successfully reduces the rate of nonperforming loans and negotiates with thousands of clients the liquidation of their credits. This second experience gave him the tools to develop negotiation skills under hostile circumstances.
In 2001 he enters the real state sector serving as financial advisor inside the residential and commercial rubric in buy - sale and leasing operations. Later he begins freelancing consulting for the optimization of cash flow and personal and organizational investments.
In July 2007 he was invited to work as CF0 within RT&A.
